App Guide

Everything you need to know

From your first URL paste to a live Revenue Autopilot on WhatsApp — a complete walkthrough of every feature, panel, and channel.

Section 1

How it works — the full flow

  1. 01

    Drop your URL

Paste your website address (or a social link — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) into the chat. The Concierge reads your site in real time and builds your Revenue Autopilot brief. No forms, no uploads needed.

  2. 02

    Review your revenue brief

Within ~30 seconds the Concierge shows your strategy card: business name, services, lead-routing rules, and opening flow. Edit anything by typing — "change the greeting to X" or "add roof repairs to my services".

  3. 03

    Test it before you pay

A live simulation opens on the right side of your screen the moment your strategy card is ready. Chat as a customer would — for free, with no account needed. Only pay when you're happy with how it responds.

  4. 04

    Sign in & activate

When you're ready, choose activation. You'll sign in with Google (one click), then proceed to checkout. Your 5-day free trial starts immediately.

  5. 05

    Launch across channels

After payment you land on your activation page with your website snippet. Head to Dashboard → Channels to connect WhatsApp (scan a QR), add Telegram, or copy your website widget code.

Section 2

Activating each channel

Your autopilot can run on multiple channels simultaneously. Set up each one from Dashboard → Channels.

🌐

Website Widget

  1. Go to your Dashboard and open the Channels panel.
  2. Under "Website Widget" you'll see a one-line embed code.
  3. Click Copy, then paste the code just before the </body> closing tag on every page of your website.
  4. That's it — a chat bubble will appear for your visitors. No server restarts, no page rebuilds needed.

Works with any website: WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, custom HTML — if you can paste a script tag, it works.

💬

WhatsApp

  1. Get a dedicated business number. You do NOT need a second phone — a cheap prepaid SIM or eSIM (~$5) works perfectly.
  2. Register WhatsApp Business (or regular WhatsApp) on that SIM. Keep your personal number on your main WhatsApp.
  3. In your Dashboard → Channels panel click "Connect WhatsApp". A QR code appears on screen.
  4. On your phone: WhatsApp → Settings → Linked Devices → Link a Device → scan the QR.
  5. Your autopilot is now live 24/7 on that number. The dashboard shows a green "Connected" badge. Anyone who messages that number gets an instant reply.

⚠️ Always use a dedicated number — not your personal WhatsApp. The autopilot replies to incoming messages automatically.

✈️

Telegram

  1. On Telegram, search for @BotFather and tap Start.
  2. Send /newbot and follow the prompts (pick a name and a @username).
  3. BotFather gives you a token that looks like: 123456789:ABC-Def1234…
  4. In your Dashboard → Channels panel, paste that token into the Telegram field and click Save.
  5. Share your @username with customers — they can find it in the Telegram search bar.

Telegram channels are free, have no message limits, and work in group chats too.

📅

Google Calendar

  1. During setup, tell the Concierge you want to enable calendar booking.
  2. The Concierge will show a "Connect Calendar" button. Click it — a Google sign-in popup opens.
  3. Approve the Calendar permission. Your token is saved securely against your account.
  4. Your autopilot can now check availability and book confirmed appointments directly into your calendar.

The calendar is per-autopilot. Personal events are never shown to customers — only free/busy checks and new bookings.

Section 3

Your dashboard — panel by panel

Visit your dashboard after activation. Here's what each panel does.

Status Bar

Top

Shows whether your autopilot is online or paused, alongside your business name. Use Pause / Resume to stop or restart instantly.

Business Card

Below status

A quick-read summary of your strategy: business name, service summary, and current configuration. If it looks wrong, update via the Concierge.

Lead Counter

Mid-page

Shows your Autopilot Performance: leads received, plus upcoming KPI tracking for follow-ups, bookings, escalations, and overrides.

Recent Conversations

Mid-page

A scrollable feed of your most recent conversations. Each card shows the channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, website), the customer's opening message, and a lead/non-lead badge. Tap any card to read the full transcript.

Channels

Lower

Connect and manage where your autopilot runs. Website Widget: copy the one-line embed code. WhatsApp: connect and scan QR. Telegram: paste your BotFather token and save.

Making bigger changes?

For major updates — new services, changed business model, new channels — use Dashboard → Talk to Concierge (or go directly to /onboarding/edit). Your full conversation history and current setup are pre-loaded so the Concierge already knows your context. Tell it what changed, review the updated strategy card, and activate when ready.
